Police Confirm Seif Asi Cannot Return to Campus

UCFPD says Seif Asi now subject to UCF Student Conduct procedures; only avenue of return is a successful appeal

A police Major confirmed to a UCF Jewish Monitor correspondent that Seif Asi will not be permitted to return to campus.

According to UCFPD, despite the State of Florida dropping charges against him, since UCFPD issued Seif Asi a “trespass warning” at the time of his arrest, only a successful appeal to Student Conduct would cause the police to rescind the warning and allow Seif Asi to return to campus.

One of the victims in the case testified before Student Conduct against Seif Asi last month, which will hopefully quash any potential appeal by Seif Asi to be allowed to return to campus.
