UCF PD Permits Rampant Defamation on Campus, Threatens Jews Who Respond

Multiple incidents are being recorded on UCF’s campus of unapproved posters openly defaming Jews and Israel, with UCF PD intervening minimally.

Readers may recall that after Jews posted flyers about hostages in Gaza, the posters were taken down and the students who posted them were threatened with criminal mischief charges.

Now, pro-Hamas and antisemitic campus elements are posting their own content with complete impunity.

Jewish students on the ground at UCF have described reporting antisemitic flyers, seeing UCF PD tear them down, and coming back later that same day to find the flyers replaced with a new slate of antisemitic flyers — repeating the process anew. One of those flyers imitated the logo for Lockheed Martin to peddle white supremacist and antisemitic rhetoric, presumably to ensnare prospective CWEP applicants. Lockheed Martin and the CWEP program at UCF did not return a request for comment.

UCF Jews feel unable to respond for fear of being charged by the police for their own flyers.

These developments give even more credence to accusations of UCF PD’s discrimination against Jewish students. Records requests have been filed with UCF PD to determine the scope of their actions and uncover additional evidence. Information will be made available as it becomes known to us.
